These terms govern your use of this pre-launch website and the Klozd waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you accept them.

1. Pre-launch status

Klozd is not yet generally available. Features, pricing, availability and the launch date shown here are indicative and may change without notice before launch.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create a contract or guarantee access, a specific spot, or a launch date. We may contact you about early access when it opens.

3. Early-bird offers

Introductory offers (e.g. free-trial months or a lifetime discount) are promotional, limited in number, and subject to the final terms and eligibility conditions published at launch.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it unlawfully. We may remove entries that appear to be spam or abuse.

5. Intellectual property

The Klozd name, logo, content and design are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. No warranty & liability

This site is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this pre-launch site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version lives at this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
