These terms govern your use of the Klozd website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Klozd is an all-in-one CRM for coaches and closers. Features and pricing may evolve over time; material changes are reflected on this site.

2. Accounts & trial

You need an account to use Klozd. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; your payment card is requested after onboarding to begin the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends without being charged.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate applicable when you subscribe. Extra seats and credit top-ups are billed as described in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that appear to be spam or abuse.

5. Intellectual property

The Klozd name, logo, content and design are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version lives at this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
