This policy explains what information Klozd (“we”, “us”) collects on this pre-launch website and how we use it. By joining the waitlist you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Waitlist details — the email address you submit, plus basic context (submission date, page/referrer, and an anti-spam check).
• Technical data — standard, non-identifying request data (browser type, approximate region) used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or sensitive information on this site.

2. Why we use it

• To notify you when early access opens and to manage the waitlist order.
• To send you product updates about the launch (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To prevent spam and abuse.

3. Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Sharing

We only share data with the infrastructure providers above (hosting, database, email delivery) strictly to operate the waitlist. We may disclose data if legally required.

5. Retention

We keep waitlist entries until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to honour early-access offers. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and opt out of emails, by writing to hello@klozd.app. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

7. Cookies

This site uses only what's necessary to function; it does not run advertising trackers.
