This policy explains what information Klozd (“we”, “us”) collects and how we use it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and workspace information you provide when you sign up.
• Service data: the CRM data you create in Klozd (leads, appointments, payments, messages) to operate the product for you.
• Technical data: standard, non-identifying request data (browser type, approximate region) used to keep the service secure and working.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. Why we use it

• To provide, operate and improve the Klozd service.
• To send you product and account updates (you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time).
• To prevent spam and abuse.

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and the site is hosted on Vercel; payments run through Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Sharing

We only share data with the infrastructure providers above (hosting, database, payments, email delivery) strictly to operate the service. We may disclose data if legally required.

5. Retention

We keep your account and service data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and opt out of emails, by writing to contact@klozd.app. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

7. Cookies

This site uses only what's necessary to function; it does not run advertising trackers.
