Introduction
KLOZD (« we », « our ») provides a B2B SaaS platform for sales and closing teams (lead capture, pipeline, booking, team management). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with the service.
Who we are
The KLOZD service is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME].
Registered office / contact: [LEGAL_ENTITY_ADDRESS].
For privacy-related questions: legal@klozd.app or contact@klozd.app.
Data we collect
We collect data necessary to provide the service and operate the platform:
- Account data: email, name, password (hashed), preferences (e.g. notifications).
- Usage data: logins, actions in the interface (events, forms, leads, pipeline, settings) for product operation and support.
- Form and lead data: information entered by visitors on your public forms (name, email, phone, etc.) and data of leads created or imported in your workspace.
- Booking data: slots booked, participant details, appointment history, and confirmation/reminder emails.
- Billing data: Stripe customer ID, subscription status; we do not store card numbers (handled by Stripe).
How we collect this data
Data is collected when you or your users use the service (account creation, interface use, form configuration, booking), when visitors submit your forms or book appointments, and when transactional emails are sent (confirmations, reminders). We may also use cookies and similar technologies for site operation and, where applicable, analytics (see dedicated section).
Purposes of processing
We use data to: provide and improve the KLOZD service; manage accounts and access (roles, teams); send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) and, where relevant, service-related communications; ensure security and availability of the platform; provide support; and, where necessary, analyze usage to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data sharing and subprocessors
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the service, under contract and in line with applicable obligations:
- Hosting providers (application, database, Redis).
- Stripe for billing and payments.
- Transactional email provider (e.g. Resend) for sending emails (confirmations, reminders, notifications).
- Analytics or monitoring tools, where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation (session, preferences) and, where applicable, to measure usage in aggregate. You can configure your browser to limit or refuse cookies; some features may be affected. We do not list every possible third-party cookie here; we strive to limit their use to necessary purposes.
Data retention
We retain data while the account is active and, after closure, for a reasonable period for legal obligations, support, and dispute resolution. Prospect and lead data is retained according to configured retention or our default internal policies. Billing data may be retained longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (restricted access, encryption in transit, good practices). No system is foolproof; we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of an incident likely to affect your data, we will endeavour to inform you within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or objection. For any request: legal@klozd.app or contact@klozd.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Prospect data and responsibilities
When you collect data through your KLOZD forms or booking, you act as data controller (or joint controller) for that data; KLOZD acts as processor to process it according to your instructions and our agreement. It is your responsibility to provide data subjects with the required information (purposes, legal basis, rights) and to comply with your obligations (e.g. records, consent where required).
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or regulation. The current version is the one published on this page, with the « Last updated » date at the top. We encourage you to review it periodically.
