Object and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the KLOZD service (B2B SaaS platform for sales and closing management). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

Description of the service

KLOZD provides: lead capture via public forms and embeds; pipeline and inbox management with assignment and matching; public booking, availability management, and confirmation/reminder emails; custom domains (white-label); team and role management ; subscription billing via Stripe; transactional emails via a dedicated provider. The service is provided « as is » and may change; we strive to maintain a reasonable level of quality.

Accounts, access and responsibilities

Access to the service requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Roles and permissions (admin, manager, closer, setter, etc.) define each user's rights within your workspace; you are responsible for configuring them correctly and for your organization's use of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use KLOZD in compliance with applicable laws and not to: send spam or use the service for unsolicited campaigns in violation of anti-spam rules; host or distribute illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content; attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse resources (scraping, overload, fraudulent use). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these principles.

Data and ownership

You retain ownership of data you import or collect through your forms and leads (« customer » data). KLOZD claims no ownership over this data and processes it in accordance with our privacy policy and our agreement. Payment, trial, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed via Stripe at the rates in effect at the time of subscription. A free trial may be offered; at its end, the subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription from billing settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access to the service remains until that date.

Refunds

Refund terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary by plan and situation. We do not routinely offer prorated refunds; any request may be sent to contact@klozd.app or legal@klozd.app for review.

Service availability

We strive to maintain reasonable availability but do not guarantee a specific service level (SLA). Maintenance, incidents, or changes may cause temporary unavailability; we endeavour to limit their frequency and duration.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KLOZD shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data, customers, etc.) or for amounts exceeding the fees actually paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months preceding the triggering event. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to the service in case of non-payment, breach of these terms, or for security or compliance reasons. Account termination may result in data deletion after a reasonable period; we encourage you to export your data before any closure.
